IN THE ACQUISITION OF 100% SHAREHOLDING IN TINK d.o.o., CELJE SLOVENIA
AND CLAIMS AGAINST THE COMPANY
TINK proizvodno trgovsko podjetje d.o.o., Kosovelova ulica 16, Celje, Slovenia, (the “Company”) is operating its logistics center attractively located in the industrial-commercial zone in Maribor, directly by the pan-European corridor V. which plays a major role in transporting goods within the EU. Due to modern transport links between Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Croatia and Hungary the logistics center represents a compelling investment opportunity as a potential hub for the Southeast Europe and the Central and Eastern European region. Excellent location of the logistics center is characterized by both road and railway links, as the warehouse has its own railway tracks for delivering materials. The logistics center, consisting of two warehouses, is unique being optimally equipped for storage and handling of metal and, in particular, steel products. DUTB, d.d. as the sole shareholder of the Company is considering a disposal of 100% shareholding in the Company, as well as of DUTB, d.d. claims against the Company, whereupon it has appointed P&S CAPITAL d.o.o. to act as an exclusive financial advisor to DUTB, d.d. in this sale process.
