Valuation of Intangible Assets
In modern market economy, increasing importance is attributed to intangible assets, which tend to be the key factor influencing the value of a company. This is also reflected in modern accounting standards, which began to recognize their increasing significance. Based on our experiences, we adapted valuation approaches used in developed capital markets to the market situation of South Eastern Europe, both for the purposes of financial reporting as well as for the purposes of sales and acquisitions.
