Golf Arboretum d.o.o., Radomlje, Volčji Potok 43g, Slovenia, (“Company”) operates in the field of golf activity and is one of the three best golf courses in Slovenia. A golf course with 18 playing fields overlooking Kamnik Alps, located in the picturesque natural landscape in the midst of a pine forest, between lakes and other natural beauties. With the purchase, the potential investor acquires the ownership stake of the Company and the possibility of a lease on land or purchase of the land, whereby the investor acquires the entire golf complex, with the possibility to build a tourist object for the expansion of activities in golf tourism. Triglav Upravljanje nepremičnin d.d., Slovenia and BTC d.d., Slovenia, has appointed P&S CAPITAL d.o.o. to act as an exclusive financial advisor in the sale process of 80,730% of the ownership share of the Company, owned by Triglav Upravljanje nepremičnin d.d., with the possibility of purchasing an additional 11,086% ownership share of the Company, owned by BTC d.d.
